I was just working with an OTBI report yesterday that returns over 2 million rows. I was able to export 50k in XLS and 250k in CSV. I think it is a limitation of Excel so it is unlikely that there is any way to change this. You would need to use BI Publisher to be able to export all of the rows.

I would be interested in the workaround in FDI for this.

OTBI agent only exports up to 25k rows in CSV format, but exporting from the OTBI analysis allows up to 250k rows to be exported in CSV. This should be consistent.

I have submitted it to the Idea Lab. I think it is more of a bug than a business requirement.

Limit of 25K is too low. Please consider increasing this.
