Great idea, having to configue everytime leaves open the possibility of mistake.

Same as the current reporting. I must run two reports and combine them. I have gotten quick with it but it is still very annoying.

This is something that sounds reasonable but the application of it would not be. Some are experts in some areas and novice in yet other areas. I wish we just used sql calls and did not have these dumb engines interfer with us. If there is a field in my table I want to be able to call it not depend on someone else writing…

The standard Learning Plan Report will do this. Select Learning Plans from the filter area, select only mapped users, select mapped item and item status if you want more details about what item is not completed. Insigh is way buggy now because they are not doing any work on them, however; the Learning Plan Report is solid.
