There are no errors in the derby.log file. But the issue still persists. What is the derby DB used for ? BTW there are many warnings in jetty.log and some SEVERE log entries. Could this be a starting point for further analysis or is it normal ?

Hi both, thank you for your answers. Yes I installed DVML. I even uninstalled Oracle Analytics Desktop and DVML, rebooted my laptop and installed it again following the installation instructions without any success. best regards Dalibor
