Yeah, it would be great if the formatting allowed to add icon shape like the image in conditional formating of Analysis.

But it does not have conditional formatting to use where you need to show. For example, when the sales growth is positive, the icon would be green and when the growth rate decreased, the icon would be red. We cannot achieve this via current image visualisation.
