A Pivot table does work, but this works for other union reports without using a pivot table. What is different.

This was actually a bug in the .4 version. This has been fixed with a patch by Oracle.

Thanks for looking at this. I finally found the issue and it was so simple and stupid. The user ID I was using to access the Database did not have write access. Once I changed to a different ID with write access everything worked.

I am not sure where the SADMIN is coming from. We have not used that in years. I followed the steps here: https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12211/biee/BIESG/GUID-6F16F7CA-E525-4569-A5A0-C1C0F851F57E.htm#BIESG9156 Here is what I did: Repository setup Physical: Database properties Connection Pool Physical Table: Cacheable…

1. 12.2.1.4 2. Windows Server 2012 R2 3. No it is not a migrated system. Fresh install.

I also found some differences with the header.js file. This is from the site that works. And this is from the new site Not sure if I am even looking in the correct area.

The document reference is for external content in OBIEE. I do not want to put external content in an OBIEE dashboard. We are using iframe to display the OBIEE dashboard in another application. This worked fine in .2 but now does not. When using the F12 and going to the Debugger tab I do see an issue. Does this mean…
-
Yes. This only is happening in iframe.

I have used Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer with the same results. Cleared Cache a number of times. The old site (.2) but the new (.4) does not.

I am still trying to understand the difference between 12.2.1.2 and 12.2.1.4. I have this working fine on .2 but when trying to setup .4 it does not work. All settings and steps are the same. How if 1.8.0_172 works fine with .2 does it not work in the new version. Why would I downgrade my java version to work with a newer…

I can try, but couple questions first. Are you on a Windows OS (I am using Windows 2012 R2) and are you using OBIEE version 12.2.1.4. I have a 12.2.1.2 system that works fine on 1.8.0_172 and due to security issue prefer not to downgrade to an earlier version.

Version 1.8.0_172

Yes and I followed the exact same steps that I did when I installed version 12.2.1.2. .2 works but .4 does not.

I have to leave for the weekend. If anyone comes up with anymore ideas I will check back on Tues. when I return. Thank you so much for looking at this with me.
-
That did not work. Still get the disabled user when searching and I now can not log into the Admin tool using the weblogic user.
-
I will try that and let you know. I am game for anything at this point.
-
Yes I have restarted the environment. I don't believe the cache size is to big? I can't see your image.
-
There should not be. And I just tried the lookup for this users using All providers and I still don't find them.
-
If that is the case: So everything that comes from the WLS security realm, then what I am seeing is odd. When I got to the security realm and do a search for 1 of the disabled users I do not find them, however when I search for them on the Recipient list I do. Security Realm search: Recipient search: What am I missing or…
