Hi Harriet Huang, Thanks for your prompt response! The user clears the browser cache every time she closes the browser. However, she hasn't tried replicating the action on different browser. I will ask the user to check and will let you know

Hi Nupur, We are wanting to connect on premise OAS data visualizer to HCM cloud but can't seem to figure out an easier way to do so. Can you please help?
