Based on your comment, parameter binding is not the issue's core but a symptom. Some things are currently unavoidable, which might be emphasized when we add a capability such as Parameter binding. Let me explain. Parameter binding is essential for complete flexibility regarding filter scope, either between canvases or…

Why not copy/paste the dashboard filter between canvases and keep the ones you want?
-
Workbook Canvases do not have sections. However, we currently plan for an ability to hide specific visualizations (without regaining space at this point).
-
Custom home page groups are planned for later this calendar year. If it lands as planned, it will also be included in OAS 2025. Datasets into catalog folders is also an active project, no specific ETA yet.
-
Have you looked into using Data Actions for this use case to issue a REST API request?
-
If your data is in Oracle DB you can do: evaluate('Initcap(%1)',Employee."First Name")
-
Can you provide more details? Where is the CR present? In a data column? Where do you want it to show up? Labels/Legends/cells? Some placements will impact chart structures, which might not be possible.
-
Sounds like a possible cache issue. It might be worthwhile to open an SR for it.
-
This is odd. If you are on OAC, you might want to try to recreate the tile or open a support ticket. The properties in your screenshot are inconsistent with recent OAC updates (e.g., March).
-
You can use parameters in Textbox. You will need to define parameters to hold the data that you want to show, so your example will be something like: On average, Application @parameter("app")('') has @parameter("ActiveUsers")('') active monthly users.
-
Can you check which update level your instance is on in the About dialog? Also, look under the measures tab and let me know if you see a Label option.
-
OAC provides SOAP API that includes LSQL capabilities. It is probably the preferred approach for your use case.
-
I'm not sure I fully understand the request. Are you asking for some kind of an "autoplay" that will show each dashboard for some set time and then transition to the next?
-
Please provide more details and possibly an example
-
It looks to me like you are using the old (deprecated) tile. Can you try the new one? (label will be in the measure property, not general)
-
Not sure an SR is needed. Currently, Personalization works on Dashboard and Visualization filters, not on the top bar author filters.
-
Default means that the feature is available for the author to enable in their workbooks. Consumers do not have control if the author does not allow it for a given workbook. If you see the feature as an author, it is available in the instance, but it does not impact any specific workbook unless the specific author enabled…
-
Yes, an author decides to turn on or off for a specific workbook. It can also be turned off for the entire instance via the console, however, FDI does not provide access to that console setting yet (which means that it is on by default).
-
It should be on by default; there is no need to go to the console. Go to your Workbook, go into Present, and see if the option is turned on.

@Prasad Deshpande go to the About dialog from your OAC home page. If the latest update is January or later, you have access to the feature. This specific one automatically saves the last user state of the filters on the dashboard.
