Hi, Oracle AI Fusion Agent Studio is more a Fusion product than an Oracle Analytics or AI product. Fusion and all the related products are covered in a parallel, but independent, forum: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect

Hi, The security isn't based on the location of objects. Therefore you can move the workbook to a different folder without moving anything else, and this will have no impact on your security. The dataflow isn't very important, because it isn't something "others" have to access. For your dataset you have security on the…

I imagine that if you want a really formal reply, you should go through a SR to get a formal reply which will cover you in case of issues. The certification matrix says it supports OL8. If you search that package with "OL8" you find the reference to some of those questions for others products, and always got the reply that…
-
In case it does apply, not sure Oracle HTTP Server really requires those things, but I believe a number of products had some of those missing dependencies issues with OL8 when it was first made compatible with products (database, OAS etc.). Most of them got the reply to just ignore the missing packages when SRs were raised.

Hi, Oracle HTTP Server isn't an Oracle Analytics product. You should try to find a forum covering that product. And your OAS 7.6 will be out of support in some weeks (2 months max), maybe worth upgrading that one too and not just the OS.
-
If you use the catalog manager (runcat.cmd / runcat.sh), you can make a report on the /users branch of the catalog and get a list of objects paths and subject areas used by the analyses. Because you are going to do it in the personal folders you will need to work on the catalog offline to bypass security. Take a snapshot,…

Hi @ChrisN-EFX , Welcome to the Oracle Analytics and AI community. As your questions are mostly (fully) related to Fusion, you should maybe consider visiting the forum that covers the Fusion products: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect It is a parallel forum for Fusion and few others cloud products. Here you will…

The few times I had to work with a Windows Server for OAS (I always go for linux if I can), I noticed the admin tool always had issues. That's why it is safer to use it for what it is: a client tool and not a server tool. On the server all the command line scripts that comes with the admin tool are anyway present already,…
-
Hi, Are you using the admin tool on the same server where your OAS is installed? Do you have the same behaviour when running the admin tool on a different environment (laptop, desktop)?

You could just up-vote the existing idea that has a number of votes and is flagged as "Planned".

i cant replicate in the database You have the logs, those give you the SQL query generated, therefore you must be able to reproduce it in the database. There isn't much more that can be said: you have the data, you have the model, you have the generated query. That's all you need to explain why you see what you are seeing.…

Hi, Welcome to the Oracle Analytics and AI community and forums. If I'm not wrong, OBIA was using Informatica only up to version 7.9.6.4. For OBIA 7.9.6.4 premier support ended in 2018, extended support ended in 2021 and is now in sustaining support. Is that your case? Do you have a support contract for OBIA 7.9.6.4?…

You are welcome Richard :) More than a rule, it is to get you the best support: here there are people who did use Publisher on HCM tables, but it is only a fraction of the users. On the other forums everybody should have a knowledge about those tables. Should be faster to find your answer.
-
Hi, Your question being about HCM data and not Publisher as a technical product, you should ask in the forum covering HCM and other Fusion applications: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect It is a parallel, but independent, forum that covers all Fusion applications and other cloud products. It has many categories,…

You can find the CPU for OAS and OBIEE 12.2.1.4 at https://support.oracle.com/support/?page=sptemplate&sptemplate=km-article&documentId=KA973

In your picture, for one "P Number" you have many "Line Number" (7 in your picture). You seem to be saying that your expectation was to see only 2 "Line Number", values 10 and 20, and "Line Number" 10 should have a "Quantity" = 1 and "Id" = …R00814, while "Line Number" 20 should have "Quantity" = 1 and "Id" = …R02981. All…
-
Extending on what Henry said already, if you don't have a join rule error (check the query generated and you will be fixed), then it's all about granularity. If that quantity and id is linked to 2 different line numbers, what you see is correct, because you requested to see each line number individually. If that quantity…

Hi @Rasta Ghafouri-Oracle , As this is about the challenge, can you handle it? (moving it in a better location if needed or finding somebody to support @User_DDCRE )
-
@Tony_OAS_Apex_User , If you want to define a connection to an Oracle Database in DV, use the "Oracle Database" connection type, that's the easiest way to connect to an Oracle database (compared to ODBC). If your Publisher data model should be a query on an Oracle database, the best solution is to define the connection to…

Hi @User_C1R2A , It's better if you post a new question explaining your issue and providing all the details about your environment. This question was solved with the answer explained above, a cluster wasn't involved and it was a clean install, not an upgrade.
