What exactly do you want to achieve? I'm not sure if I understand what you're trying to do here. What would happen if you have both values returned in your data set? Or are you creating 2 columns from this column based on the CASE statement that you provided?

I’m not sure why RCU doesn’t work for you. As I mentioned, in the RCU, you have the option to override/change the default tablespaces and you can select an existing tablespace if required.
-
Do you know for a fact that OBIEE works with TDE table spaces? If you’re certain that TDE will work then see below: When you run the RCU, there is an option to set table spaces: You can change the default tablespace value to one that you’ve previously created.

Have you tried creating a services.xml file to see if this corrects the issue? Just because it works in other environments doesn't necessarily mean that you won't have issues elsewhere.I'd suggest trying that. Also, you do need to have access to the OBIEE Admin Tools if you are an OBIEE Administrator.

What kind of issue were you having with this rpd? Can you access the rpd in online mode in the Admin Tool?
-
I think what has been suggested earlier is that you use the tool to is full capabilities. What you’re trying to do is simple OOTB functionality and I strongly recommend that you take a step back and reevaluate your OBIEE usage. Even if you’re reporting directly from an OLTP DB, you use the business model to mimic a star…

Do you have joins on date columns? If so, take a look at this thread from last week

I would follow these instructions - https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/bi12214/lcm/OBIUP/GUID-D0867450-1AEF-43DE-8144-7816F7105CB1.htm#OBIUP-GUID-D0867450-1… Once that is done, I’d recommend that you apply the latest 12.2.1.4 patch 12.2.1.4.190716 -…

Adobe runs locally on the client machine so there is no requirement for this on a server.
-
I would take that to mean that it is certified to run with any version of 7.0. The certification matrix would have clearly stated if it certified other versions.
-
It means that it is certified to work with any 7.0 version of Adobe Reader. https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/community/business_intelligence/4054181.html OBIEE doesn’t use Adobe Flash. These days, OBIEE 12c is HTML5 based.

Not sure about Excel as a source but CSV format is supported by the DataDirect ODBC driver - https://www.progress.com/odbc/flat-files

Have you set your logical dimension up as unbalanced/ragged? https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/bi12214/biee/BIEMG/GUID-DB4D9819-BF7D-4750-9C71-DDFA2ACE1CDB.htm#GUID-EDB3A514-3100-4…

I can confirm that OBIEE 12.2.1.2, 12.2.1.3, 12.2.1.4 all work fine on RHEL 7.2.
-
I would personally recommend revisiting your security architecture between these 2 applications. In earlier responses in this thread it has been made clear that you can't get client side information like client machine in OBIEE. I think that you may need to consider setting up SSO for your authentication between OBIEE and…

Can you not use the Emp Code to determine these parameters?

Firstly, are you just trying to hide the grand total text? Secondly, your grand total sums up to 70. Shouldn't it sum up to 60? If you're just trying to hide the Grand Total text, then in the Pivot Table properties, for the measure, edit the measure labels as below and in the caption, just add a space.
