You can login to the OCI Console in which you provisioned FAW. Navigate to Identity and Security -- > Federation. Select the Fusion IDCS Strip and Click on the URL This will take you to the Fusion IDCS Stripe where you can check the status of the user.

It not mandatory to do domain load every time you do a full load. Specially if you have customized the domain related ETL Mappings. In this case, you can go ahead and run the ETL Load plan for Full load.

Hi Jay, OBIA load plan contains ETL tasks which loads domain tables. This is to refresh/update the domain tables which are need to load data in dimension tables. However it is always advisable to execute domain load plan once before you do a full load so that all your domain tables are up to date.
