So, you mean the report is already customized and that customized version is working fine? Now if you try to add something in the customized RTF, it is failing? If yes, can you try to use BI plugin to see if the RTF after change is not going into error with the XML?

Thanks for confirming. Can you delete the customized verion from /Custom folder, follow the steps again to customize the report. Make a change in template and add it as a new template (instead of replacing existing). And check if both the templates are failing or only the new one?

Can you try assigning one of the roles which the user have? And assign that role to data model and report and recheck?

Hi Naman, Welcome to Oracle Analytics and AI community. OTBI returns data based on your data access. If the user is unable to view the data in UI, they won't be able to get the results in OTBI Analysis as well. Your report only role can work for BIP.
