Hi Diego, Is the BIP DM based on SQL query or OTBI analysis? OTBI Analysis inherits the application security. But if it is SQL based, are you using any secured views to restrict the data? If yes, try removing those and retry. Thanks.

Also, pls confirm if the job status is success. If possible share a screen shot from report job history where you are trying to download the output.…
