You can hide the entire header bar in present but this may not be what you want.

Great here is what it will look like on desktop then on the phone. Our mobile app leverages these responsive breakpoints in workbook layout. In this example the author hides the header and stacks the tiles when it is small like on a phone or a really narrow desktop window. Our app lets users switch layouts but it select…

Here is a link to the docs on responsive layouts, I think you will find them really useful for curated device experiences.

Have you tried switching to Workbook layout? This layout along with our new responsive breakpoint feature will give you a much better experience. Workbook layout can be set as your device default or per workbook by tapping the 3 Dot Menu on the workbook in the app.

Currently we support a generation based view when creating data sets from Essbase cubes. We do not have near term plans to support an option for level vs generation but we are carefully evaluating Essbase functionality in DV and consider this as we add features.

There are some options that may work for some of you. 1 - Export the data using the CSV or the new Formatted Excel Export option (currently in feature preview and enabled in system setting). 2 - If the table is the only visual on the canvas or is at the bottom and takes the entire width of the canvas, it can be resized to…

It will be available in OAS 2023.

In the latest version of OAC this should now be an option. It might be that you instance has not gotten the latest update or you may be running OAS.

This is available as a standard Report Link option and the dashboard developer can turn it on or off now.

Just want to clarify it is not the canvas name it is the canvas ID that is needed in the URL. Doc has all the details on how to get that ID. &canvasname=canvas!<canvas ID>

Only showing content the user has access to is how the home page works and if you are seeing dataset or workbook that the user does not have access to then likely something is wrong with the artifacts access setup. If you use manage privileges to 'hide' SA from Answers then this is not currently honored on home page.

We are working on officially documenting this as a feature but it works in the product today.

To open a specific canvas the following URL parameter can be added to the end of the URL. &canvasname=canvas!<active-tab-id> The active-tab-id is the internal index that can be used to specify the canvas. Keep in mind these are the not the name of the canvas and often times will not be the same and the number representing…

Narrate is available on tablets, for now it is purposefully disabled on phone. If you have a project with a narration and open it on a tablet there should be a present icon on the right hand side of the toolbar to show the narration in presentation mode.

* This is very welcomed and necessary, dropdown, slices and lists are good examples. We use DV embedded in Answers and would make our life way easier if we have more options for slicing and dicing the data in only one screen. The way we do now is via other visuals and it sometimes not very efficient. - Yes we are looking…
