Currently, there is no delivery option to send otbi analysis to content server. You can certainly raise a suggest over on the idea lab.

Prudence, I'd refer you to the BIPublisher white paper as the that datasource is to provide auditing information relating to BIPublisher reports. https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/wp-fusionbipaudit-5459609.pdf Noelle

There is no auditing in place today to track this. Noelle

HI Revital There are potentially a couple of places where the From email address is set. 1) The server level configuration can be found here : Administration > Manage BI Publisher > Delivery Configuration. 2) When scheduling a bipublisher report, one can set it on the Notifications tab when setting up the job schedule Note…

Jim, I would recommend if you don't need the folders, then delete them. This will avoid any confusion/issues in the future if someone does need customize the seeded content as the system will auto-create the folder structure under custom (which you already know). Noelle

As you stated above, the recipients are coming from an analysis, which is VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION.USER). If you are the one logged in and running this, then this would/should go to you. Noelle

Charan Fusion does not have access to the scheduler tables. Noelle

For BIPublisher reports based on analysis, the filters are inherited by the analysis. https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12211/bip/BIPDM/GUID-A456647C-34E7-4278-B07D-7A6B55A8FBF9.htm#BIPDM192 Additional Notes on Oracle BI Analysis Data Sets Parameters and list of values are inherited from the BI analysis and they display…

Analysis prompts will not be visible within bipublisher reports. They are obiee content, not bipublisher. BIPublisher has it's own parameters that are defined in the datamodel. If you're usecase is to pass the value of the parameter from an obiee dashboard, there is an excellent blog article that explains how to do this:…

Stephanie A couple of additional questions: 1) How are you generating the output? Meaning, is this an export of a report viewed online, an output of a scheduled job, etc. 2) What version of excel are you using? Thanks Noelle

When BIPublisher is configured to use the OBIEE catalog, as in the case of SAAS, the permissions on the objects in the catalog are controlled and set in OBIEE (i.e. /analytics) -Noelle

Please refer to the documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/11119/bip/BIPRD/extend_func.htm#sl_equiv lpad('aaa',10,'.') <?xdofx:lpad('aaa',10,'.')?> The lpad function pads the left side of a string with a specific set of characters. The syntax for the lpad function is:…

HI Rashmi You might want to try enabling diagnostics when you schedule this and take a look at the resulting log. Since the job is succeeding, it's doubtful that there will be an error, but worth checking. You could also try scheduling a non-bursted job to send to email to test. If both of those work and there is no…

You'll want to have your bi admin check what role is defined on the Administration > Manage Privileges page for the Archive Catalog and Unarchive Catalog actions. If there is a predefined role already associated, other than admin, then you can add that role to your user. Noelle

Please take a look at this post https://appsconnect.oracle.com/posts/92773a1882 which contains a spreadsheet that documents the Fusion HCM R11 subject areas and columns.

Hi Cassie, Using the syntax you have above I'm not seeing any issues running this on an internal env. I get 5/31/2016 for the End of Previous Month. Noelle
