I think if the group isn’t visible in your IDCS tenant, you can create it manually and map it to the FAW Service Administrator Role under your FDI/FAW application in IDCS.

I do not have the instance handy, but can you see if Hire Date and Termination Date are available in the Subject Area and following logic can give you active employees in 2025 Hire Date <= '31-Dec-2025' AND (Termination Date IS NULL OR Termination Date >= '01-Jan-2025')

You can preprocess your source data (e.g., in Excel or a script) to remove tags using a simple regex, this keeps only the plain content. Hope it helps!

Yes, you are right I was also not able to open the link, and I thought it might be because of my VPN/Firewall. I guess Oracle Support should be able to help by making the link public or finding out with Product Development Team for further assistance.
