Hi May I know which option you have used to upload the .catalog file Is it Unarchive option or upload option. Is the environment release version is same for instances where catalog file is downloaded & uploaded

Take a copy of catalog using Archive option and open the catalog using catalog manager in any noncloud environment and generate the report using create report option.
