I'm Using Windows 10. I've Installed OBIEE 12c in a laptop i bought recently, I haven't changed IP Address. I tried to Start the BI tools C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\bi\bitools\bin\start.cmd.It says Unable to connect to AdminServer on host: DESKTOP-1Q20P03. Below is the Output.
