save as test report and delete the first criteria and see what is the result. show me the first criteria and second criteria. all the columns and filters. especially what is the formula inside amount column.

It could be an issue with your internal security. There is no reason i could find values are not passing while it is hidden. Try from a different environment and see.

it could fail when the number of customers are less than 100. So it is not the correct solution

What if , you have less than 100 customers? say for example just 20 customers?How will u calculate top 1% customers? Top 1% will be less than 1 May not work. Will check in the system and will update.

Nopes.. The second report i had an aggregation for Code column. If i remove it will not have any records over 10000. Can you please check in your environment? isnt it working in your BI system?

OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0 in AIX 7.1.0.0 . But it works in 10g onwards.
