Is the "new" owner the same all the time everywhere in your system? No. Different owners are under different folders in our system. Does it changes at the same time of the day all the time? I compared nqquery.log file and s_nq_acct table simultaneously. When I click a dashboard, all running queries are shown on the log file, however, only one entry written s_nq_acct table. Hi, I purged the user from the catalog, then login as that user. But none of the folders created under catalog, also I can not still see the My Folders. :S Did I Miss sommething? Also, purge means only deleting files user.atr and user named folder under root/users/.. ?

Hello again, I tried guid refresh and nothing changed at all. Still, users can not see My Folders option under catalog. I think this is a security issue. So, I try to get catalog manager offline mode, but there is no offline option; is this normal? How can I connect offline mode? Thank you, Dilek
