Did you review the data lineae mapping of OTBI to check this field is available or not?

Please share the sample xml also

Login to /xmlpserver and validate the results. Also,clear the browser cache and BIP cache and test it

If they are not available in the lineage sheet then they are not available. Alternate solution is to create the BIP report

Try using CAST function to get the timestamp

Next to Add user you have Add email recepient here you can add email address seperated with commas but there is no BCC or CC in the OTBI Agent

You can do all sort of reporting with OTBI , but if the columns are not available in the subject area then you can use BI Publisher for reporting.

Does the Report stored under Custom folder?

1)Create Custom Folder under Shared folder and create a custom role in the Security console and grant the custom role to the users 2)Only BI Platform Author role or BI Administrator users can only do archive/unarchive

Add to Favourites is an option for OTBI and BIP reports so it is not required access to catalog But for Agents there is no option of Add to Favourites
