Python Script to invoke BIP Report from Fusion environment and insert the data in Data Base using SO

Hi Guru's,

I am looking for a sample python script to invoke Cloud BIP report using XMLP server "https://<cloud url>.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?wsdl".

Once the data is captured we have to convert the same to Base64 format and insert the data in the data base table / save the data in CSV format.

Your suport on the same is highly appericiated.
