Multi relationship and depth chart.

Hello Apex folks-
I am trying to come up with solution, which gives users a diagram or view of multiple relationship diagram with depth. ( relationship can be direct or indirect) based on the ownership.
Entity
Can we do this in apex? or use any external charting tool to do so.
I supplied with some sample data in workspace at apex.oracle.com and also below.
Workspace N_Space

Hi, i will propose 2 ideas...
1) Use JET components. APEX already integrate it, just maybe need to reference the correct library.
and you can use this example as reference, inside there are a lot of example for build diagrams... https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jet/jetCookbook.html?component=diagram&demo=dndEvents
2) Use a flows for apex https://apex.mt-ag.com/en/flowsforapex
Not sure if you need an UML , but you can take some ideas... : https://community.oracle.com/tech/developers/discussion/3774149/is-it-possible-to-generate-a-uml-diagram-dynamically-in-apex

Thank you for sharing this the info. Second link is definitely very helpful.
After looking into it more i see these challenges.
1) how to dynamically generates nodes based on PK and its related data value.
2) Integrating sql data (rows) to JS code.
Any example or POC might help me understand better.

Thank you for your valuable tip.
I was able to implement needed result with GoJs.

I come back here starting over.
We ran into a snag with licensing term with Gojs
I tried with example from Oracle Jet Cookbook diagram but I am struggling with POC with static JSON file as data.
Here is my POC
apex.orcale.com workspace apex_demo_Space user demo Demo123$ Application 113837 - JET 1
My issue -
not able to figure out why it wont read to DemoLayoutSupport
Uncaught Error: Script error for "diagramLayouts/DemoLayoutSupport", needed by: apex_demo_space/r/113837/files/static/v26/DemoCircleLayout https://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#scripterror at makeError (https://static.oracle.com/cdn/jet/v8.0.0/3rdparty/require/require.js:5:1795) at HTMLScriptElement.onScriptError (https://static.oracle.com/cdn/jet/v8.0.0/3rdparty/require/require.js:5:17084) at HTMLScriptElement.BOOMR_plugins_errors_wrap (https://s.go-mpulse.net/boomerang/DXNLE-YBWWY-AR74T-WMD99-77VRA:10:180841)
I also tried changing in DemoCircleLayout "diagramLayouts/DemoLayoutSupport" -> "#APP_FILES#DemoLayoutSupport.js"
I get error below
Uncaught Error: Script error for "#APP_FILES#DemoLayoutSupport.js", needed by: apex_demo_space/r/113837/files/static/v30/DemoCircleLayout https://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#scripterror at makeError (require.js:5:1795) at HTMLScriptElement.onScriptError (require.js:5:17084)
Any suggestions.
I followed this blog post in my approach.

My ultimate goal is to parse a JSON from a page item and make the chart dynamic on page lading with PK been pass to process to generate the data.
Many Thanks in advance for your time.
