    No response when export/import Excel in FDM

      Dear All,
      I am using FDM 11.1.1.3 with MSSQL 2005. And, install as usual.
      I cannot export or import Excel from/to Mapping in FDM.
      The screen is just keep waiting for long long time.

      How to fix it? Thanks for all.

          If you have the Essbase Addins installed in that Excel instance which is on the FDM server it will cause hangs with exports/imports. That Excel install should have no custom add-ins installed.

          If you search Metalink it has a nice set of notes on this. It is also quite useful for FDM issues.
