Error in scheduled Job DRA_REEVALUATE_OPEN_FAILURES

Hi,
on one of our databases (11g 11.1.0.6.0 W2k3 x86) I got the message that the scheduled job "DRA_REEVALUATE_OPEN_FAILURES"  has the status failed, the error message is:

ORA-48616: Parameter [FILE_BLOCKSIZE] is NULL ORA-06512: in "SYS.DBMS_IR", Zeile 362 ORA-06512: in Zeile 1

I could not find something suitable, only in the knowledge Base "BUG 7173719" but this BUG is related to RMAN.
