Allow Admin User to View Other Users' Cocurrent Job Output

How to allow a admin type of user to view other user's concurrent job outputs? SYSADMIN is currently only be able to see the log of a concurrent job if it was ran by another user. To retrive the output file, we have to ask the user who ran the job to e-mail to us or find it at the server output diretory based on the request id. Thanks!
