what is /etc/oracle/lastgasp

Hello expert,

                      Recently one of the node was rebooted for maintainanace.I see following in crs log.

[ohasd(12449)]CRS-1301:Oracle High Availability Service started on node xdbld1cn01.
2013-02-26 19:23:26.655
[ohasd(12449)]CRS-8017:location: /etc/oracle/lastgasp has 2 reboot advisory log files, 0 were announced and 0 errors occurred

Can anyone explain me what does it mean by   /etc/oracle/lastgasp has 2 reboot advisory log files, 0 were announced and 0 errors occurred
