E810 fat client and terminal server's application form column are not identical

Hi, could somebody address the rootcause of this ? my developer has modified certain application for 1  column 's description Eg...XX order no to  order no...

it does take effect on fat client after building and deployment server and client package to servers,workstation and terminal server...

but it does not take effect on terminal server..

do i need to delete global data dictionary file from the terminal server ?

pls advise....tq
