Business process lines are not getting created in service contract
Hi Experts,
while creating the service contract thro' service contract oracle aps UI, we are not able to see the business processes lines (ise_id =2 )
in the okc_k_lines_b and okc_k_items tables where JTOT_OBJECT1_CODE='OKX_BUSIPROC'
Note: -We have did the coverage template setup and updated the respective coverage template id in mtl_system_items_b table.
Please help\guide us to resolve this issue.
