Forms not launching after AD/TXK's patches

After applying patches 25820806, 25828573 and their critical patches  (Doc ID 1617461.1) on EBs 12.2.0, web browser shows following message when I launch forms: "URL validation failed. The error could have been caused trough the use of browser's navigation button..."
