weblogic server 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3 feature changes

I'm looking for what has changed between weblogic server 12.2.1.2 and 12.2.1.3

One change I know about is support for config2script has been dropped what else changed?

looking at a different doc, I see that 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.0 has a changed Apache Ant version, this is NOT mentioned when you look at the features of 12.2.1.2 as compared to 12.2.1

What else has changed?

app-dev wanted to know if this would be a "minor" change or not?   [I'd say NOT if they are using Apache Ant]
