SQL Developer 19.2 on Windows 7 keeps crashing.
It always crashes without any prompt. According to another discussion, I run it through cmd, after crash, following information shows in cmd,"UsersCache.fillIn() time = 18 ret==null?: false". And "Unexpected runtime exception while delivering HashStructureHookEvent" showes in log file.
Did anyone get the same problem? How to fix it? Thanks.
Update: I find out every time when I put the mouse over a item or a menu which a tip should appear then it crashes. With this clue, I found the solution:sql developer stops running/disappears without error when mouse over some tooltip.
