Hey there,

Is there any built-in application in Eloqua that can help to validate an email address.

I need this to validate my database so that I can prevent my database from getting marked as Hard Bounce.

What else are you using to get it solved?

Hi, You can create a segment and use the 'marked as hardbounce' option to get the hardbounce data in one segment. Then download the data and re-upload using the 'delete contacts' option. This way you can remove all hardbounces at once.
