Oracle Infinity Product Release Notes for November 8, 2019

The following enhancements have been made for Oracle Infinity Analytics:

  • Improved Out-of-Order Event Processing. When events are received by Infinity out-of-order (i.e. not chronologically ordered), Infinity now has improved processing that will show the properly ordered data in Analytics within 2 hours, up from previously 6 hours.  Since out-of-order event data is a relatively rare occurrence, most customers will likely see very little change.  There is no impact to Streams and Action Center with this change.

    Important!  Infinity Analytics data will be not be accessible for approximately two to three hours as this change is deployed.  This outage is expected to begin Friday, November 8, 2019, at 7:00PM PST.  Your data is still collected during this time.
