Instructions for connecting an external email app to our Eloqua instance

We are working with a new email application external to Eloqua. Is there written instruction and support to guide them on setting up a new connection to Eloqua? Thanks!

And if you are looking for already developed app for your need, you can search for and install new apps in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. The Marketplace contains apps developed by Oracle Marketing Apps as well as by other partners and developers.
