Is it possible to enable people to upload an image when filling out a form?

Is there a form field available that would give people the opportunity to upload an image/photo when filling out and submitting a form?

I have taken a look at the information you presented. Unfortunately at this time is not possible to add images in forms, you can add the form to a landing page and add images in the landing pages.
