Does it possible to create a Report etc. to check contacts that are in Active campaigns?

I recommend reading this Eloqua Help Center article to understand the reporting part; after you've launched a multi-step campaign or simple email campaign, you can use various metrics to measure the campaign's performance.

You can use Insight or Segments to identify contacts in a campaign that have performed a specific marketing activity - like and email send or open. But neither of these would allow you to gather contacts that are sitting in a step and that haven't performed any marketing activities. You would have to use campaign operational reports like Campaign Entry or Campaign Exit to get a full view of contacts in a campaign.
