Hi Sukirti-Oracle

I am GTM PMO trying to bring all emerging markets to Eloqua that is widely used platform for developed market. However, I don't have the PM or folks that are skilled enough to lead the migration and understand the essential components of migration. This is specific to BR and MX to move to common GTM Tech stack. I am looking for some help, templates, guidance to create the framework to assess the work and effort to plan. Any help is highly appreciated

@Sukirti-Oracle has tagged me above, I'm assuming in the hope that perhaps we can assist you. We've worked with many Eloqua clients since 2007 and migrated them from a range of platforms to Eloqua.

In order to scope your requirements, we'd need to start with the following:

a. A list of your HubSpot Campaigns that require migration

b. Data Migration (if there are any additional integrations of data to HubSpot e.g. a data warehouse or CRM)

Those are the two important points we have to explore.. the rest would be covered by the standard Eloqua SmartStart process.

For most clients integration is a moving target, it has to change as business requirements change. If you still have a need or would like to explore other options, please feel free to contact me here.
