Responsys: Ams CUSTOM APP
Using AMS tool during the phase of configure the system returns 'green result' (correct steps) but the log of step reported:

Could you tell me what is it necessary to solve this issue?
The same issue appears from Responsys when i try to configure the app using Account --> App Management
