Eloqua: RSA SSL Certificate Updates [March/April 2023]
Overview
Oracle Eloqua will be updating the RSA SSL certificates that expire in April 2023. As such on March 28th, 2023 between 2:00 am and 4:00 am EDT, Oracle Eloqua will be replacing the RSA SSL certificates for the following domains:
If relying on an RSA SSL certificate in your integration for any of these domains, you will need to work with your IT Team to update your integration with the new SSL certificates.
For example, as they’re wildcard certificates, this means that if you have added any of these variants to your Trust Store, you’ll need to update the certificates for apps.p0X.eloqua.com, insight.p0X.eloqua.com, or secure.p0X.eloqua.com, or reporting.p0X.eloqua.com.

Notes:
-- ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) SSL Certificates are set to expire in May 2023 for the same domains listed above, and as such Oracle will also be updating those certificates shortly. [New -> Learn More]
-- There is no action pertaining to *.p08.eloqua.com related to this product notice. Certificates for *.p08.eloqua.com do not expire until December 2023. More information will be provided as we get closer to their expiration.
-- There is no action pertaining to *.eloqua.com related to this product notice. Certificates for *.eloqua.com – for example: login.eloqua.com were updated in December 2022 and do not require action again until late 2023.
