Afternoon,

I've been using the "Requisition Average Days From Created Until Now" and have seen the other measures at the requisition level.

Is anyone measuring average days to fill at the recruiter level?  If so, are you figuring manually or using Taleo to calculate?


Would appreciate any ideas or feedback that you could share.  Thx.
