Auto Reject Feature

Just wondering how others are handling the Auto Reject feature for jobs that are canceled.  The current Auto Reject feature will send the "Rejection" letter even when a job is canceled and the wording does not really apply to that scenario.  I was advised that we can not have a separate letter for "Canceled" Requisitions.  This seems like a system limitation that I would love to see changed as the standard letter does not work for "canceled" req's.

Your ideas are welcomed on a work around.
