IE7 security update impacting the search drop down options

Wondering how other companies who embedd their career section in an iFrame are handling the issue around the search drop down not functioning as it should? This is related to the known issue with Microsoft.  We typically have about 20% of our candidates on IE7, so not sure if we are losing candidates to this issue or not.

Notice the symptoms ;

•The webpage hosts another webpage that is in a different domain.
•The hosted webpage has window restrictions enabled. By default, this is Internet and Restricted sites only.
