How to refresh posting on External/Internal Career Sites without taking down

Our Recruiters would like to know if there is a way to refresh the posting on the External and Internal Career Sites, without ending the posting and then reposting the position.  For instance, if they made a minor change to the Description, they would like to have that change reflected on the Career Site.  If they have take take down/repost, they have to repost to job boards such as Monster through eQuest and this is expensive.  There is such update functionality on the eQuest tab - by clicking 'Refresh All' any changes are sent out to the job boards.  Is
