Candidate Application Drop Off Rates

Hello,

I am trying to analyze our applicant drop off rates, including what part of the application the candidate dropped off.  When I pulled the data I found numerous candidates who had created an application for a req but the "Application - Latest App Flow Page Visited" and the "Application Career Section" objects were null.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I opened a ticket with support and they said it was because the candidates didn't at least partially complete the application, however all of the candidates in my report had an application created date, therefore I don't think that the
