How to update reports in Scheduling Center?

I'm wondering if someone can help me either create a new report in Scheduling Center or edit an existing report. Specifically I'm looking at the 'Roster' report (not sure if this is a default report) and I'm hoping to add in the candidate number. Are these reports updated directly in Scheduling Center, Business Objects, or the Administrator Webtop?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
