Issue with an Articulate course

I just uploaded my first Articulate created course to our Learn Center.  As I'm going through my testing, I have discovered that when I launch the course there is a secondary window that opens behind the scenes.  When I finish and close the course, this secondary window stays open. The only thing in that window is a launch button that will re-launch the course if you click on it.  (see attached picture)  Is this supposed to happen?  If I go ahead and close that secondary window and then click on the "Finish the course" button in the Learn Center it
