Is anybody using eCommerce having problems since the forced change on payment gateways?

We are having a nightmare in dealing with the change Taleo imposed on us to change the payment gateway.
The switch broke our integration and we are having to do things manually, at this point we are single-handed trying to deal with PayPal to fix the problem, while we loose customers going to our Learn Center. I'm pretty disappointed with the 'support' we've received from our Customer Sales Manager on hadling this serious problem. Following is summary of the conversation my head of IT had with the support staff at PayPal:
"I got back on the phone with PayPal to work through this issue and I learned very alarming. By January 1st 2012 we will need to switch to a PayFlowPro account and we will need to support the PayPal (express checkout) option. This is required of all customers. I have asked for this information in writing, and will forward it to you as soon as I have it.
