Give 2 Recruiters credit for a Hire

My Recruiting team would like to know if any other Taleo customers have found a way to give 2 Recruiters credit for a hire.  I know that there is one spot for Recruiter to be selected and one spot for Recruiting Assistant, but in case where 2 Recruiters worked a req, has anyone else found a way to give equal credit (on reports and such) to 2 Recruiters for being the main co-Recruiters on the requisition?
