Scheduling interviews from Taleo using the Microsoft plugin

Forrester would love to schedule interviews from Taleo. Currently our Coordinators schedule interviews from Outlook and indicate all interviews as "private" since calendars are viewable by everyone in the company and we need to make sure these meetings are confidential.  Unfortunately the Taleo Microsoft plug in does not include an option of private meetings.  Does anyone have any recommendations on how to handle?
