Recurring VILT Sessions/Enrollments

I need to set up recurring VILT sessions/enrollments, but I am not having much luck.  I have tried using the recurring session and recurring enrollment configurations but I seem to be missing something. 

Has anyone successfully implemented this function in the learn center?
